Valentine SURPRISE!!

Yesterday I was snuggled deep under my electric blanket, & awoke up when heard some people talking, then someone at my neighbors place.  I heard laughing (TN Snowbird actually cackles)
Then someone say, "Wait, wait I want a picture!"

I groaned, crazy Snowbirds...they get up so early and quiet time ends in the RV park at 7 a.m. when I am still snuggled deep under the covers with  electric blankie on.   I have no idea what I will do if my warm 'Blankey' kicks off as I have no heat.

My choice, I don't care to relight the pilot light on my propane heater each time the propane tank is changed.

All the raucous.....

I found a red and silver Millar balloon tied to the silver handle alongside my sliding glass doors : )

Again, the morning temps were in the 40's and I called Mama Snowbird to duck out of going to the Fair.  My R.A. is acting up in my back and legs.  A warm blankie is what I need.

My Rheumatolgist has me going to physical therapy.  The first visit was last Monday.  Brian has been terrific when I've had back problems in the past.  This time he said I have some significant Scoliosis.  He pressed and turned me and ended up in my lower rib area....ouch!   The lower rib on the right side I had noticed has been sore for a few months now.  He explained that the the muscles in the back attach there and showed me a picture.  Ok, I understand now.  He rubbed and twisted those lower ribs, left and right.  OUCH!

Monday night I didn't get much sleep.  When it came for my follow up appointment on Wednesday I called him and told him how sore they were and canceled the appt. And assured him I would do my back exercises at home. My thoughts......he aggrvated the soft tissue (fascia) around the ribs & there is more inflammation because both sides hurt now And it's Friday!  Next appt is next Wednesday.

Awww, the joy of Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Awwwww Bethe, it stinks that you're hurting so bad.... :( I recently had PT on my thigh and OUCHIE, it hurt more when I left than it did before I got there!! That deep tissue massage should NOT be called massage -- it's more like TORTURE. LOL

Anyway, I'm glad the snowbirds of happiness stopped by at Bethe's place with a Valentine's wish. Yeah, it coulda been later, though. ;)

Have a good weekend - hope you feel better soon!!! And enjoy those warm OUTSIDE temps....

hugs,
:) Carol

ROFL...how neat and oh just to see sun and green trees.  I need to get out of this northern hell...I guess, though, 40 must seem really cold to you.  I'm doing a happy dance because it will be 45 for a high here tomorrow.  Sometimes, I thought PT was good and helped.  Others..well, I'm not so sure of.  I have rotator cuff problems in my right shoulder. It gets frozen all the time.  I'm fussing now putting off PT.  Enjoy that sun, Bethe!  Hugs Chris
