Dolphin Magnified

I had entered this photo in a Photo Challenge a month or so ago.  Now that I am working with Photoshop I've starting cropping and adding borders to my photos.

Tagging, I don't think is going to be my thing.  I get so frustarted I'm in tears ~ not so much fun.  I think my thing my be my photos. So I putter.

Hehee ~ I putter with my puter.  I was so surpirse the see the detail  of this girl's jump.

Today I got up early and went to Weight Watchers.

One pound ~ I am losing One friggin' pound a week!  At this rate I be doing this for 5 more months.  By then the holidays will be here, bikini season will be over.  LOL, thank God...I don' t think at my age a bikini is going to look so good anyways. Five more months and the winter feed fest will be starting all over again.

Even though my 'ol bones were stiff and hurt a lot today I go to Yoga to stretch out.  I can't do it all, but did enough to help my back tremendously.    My Physical therapist had called in sick and my appt for today was canceled.  So I felt that the least I could do is stretch out in the Yoga class.  He'd be proud.

Today was Sandy's day off from the RV Park office.  So we went "Junking"  i.e. Thrift shopping.  Last week I found several pairs of  jeans shorts at the Salvation Army in New Port Richey.   Corningware cassoroles dishes, and a small stained glass lamp shade for a hanging lamp at Hospice in Tarpon Springs.

Which reminds me I really need to get up to Tarpon Springs to take some photos.  It's a small city with tons of history and Greek flavor.

Another photo of a mother and calf.

LOVE the photo, Bethe!!! And WTG on the weight loss -- I think the reason it's coming off so slowly is because there's NOT THAT MUCH to take off!!!! It's way much harder to lose weight when you only have a coupla pounds to lose. And I've seen you in person....you don't look like you need to lose anything to moi. So a pound a week is GREAT. Keep doin' what you're doin'!!!

Hugs,
:) Carol
