Snag if you like
Emails are down, at least on my END they are. A pop up keeps telling me I cannot send multiple emails at once. To which I say WTF!! Now it appears I am not getting Alerts either as I haven't received emails or Alerts today.

Yesterday Sandy and I went JUNKING again. I bought a jean dress for a buck-fifty, a yellow dust ruffle with a peach & salmon colored plumeria design, a Revereware Fry pan with cover, and a woven basket. All for $13. 40. Darn tax puts me over my spending limit every time! Marc called me and said he had gone to the ER because the rib pain hadn't gotten better. Sure enough, two ribs broken. I'm wondering if he checked the box indicating it was an Auto accident (??) My thought is NO, considering after she banged him with the truck, he banged her in bed. ::shaking head::
After returning to the RV Park we passed the small travel trailer Sandy and Bill had prior to buying a Park model similar to mine. A young couple had paid cash for the 27 foot trailer last July. They hadn't paid their rent for February and have been gone over a month. Sandy has put the wheels in motion to get the trailer back in her possession since she felt like the kids probably didn't get the title in their name, register it, or pay taxes. Not sure, and certain things I don't ask, but Sandy may have called DMV to find out if it is still in her name. Certified letters have been signed for. She has to wait a month for the kids to show up with lot payment for the back months before the Park can take possession. The kids didn't announce their departure and since the husband didn't work, chances are they will never come up with the amount they owe.
So as we were looking at it trying to decide why the couch and paneling was under the trailer HillBilly Bobby comes rolling up on his golf cart. He lifted the front window cover up so Sandy could see inside, but she was too short. So then he went to the side and opened the 18" high storage bin and knocked in a panel of wood that was leaning against the wall. Sandy said Riley, her 11 yr old grandson, would probably fit through. I looked & even though I'd have to maneuver around a futon frame I thought I could do it. Slick as snail snot I did it!
I went to the door and unlocked it and got out to get some air as there was garbage littering the floor in addition to 3-thirty gallon bags. One bag had a red drainage from it, meat I'm sure. There were 2 sinks of plastic dishware, an open jar of Mayonnaise with bugs stuck in the hardened yellow crust, and remnants of other meals in cans on the counter. Beer bottles, whiskey bottles, concert tickets. And some strange little notes like the ones we girls passed in class of an ongoing conversation the girl 21 y.o..) had a with a coworker named Mandie.
The refrigerator had leaked and paneling and molding under it was destroyed. Drawers were removed, and a plastic bowl of black stagnant was under the sink. The walls were taken down, bed with storage removed (the futon replaced), couch removed. The benches and table of the dinette removed as were the blinds, The walls and cupboards were yellow & sticky with nicotine residue. I didn't go to the back of the trailer were there was a still enclosed bathroom, but Sandy said the toilet was destroyed. Melted?! I found an orange heavy metal lighter the looked like a bikes chain on the kitchen counter.
I looked again and laying amongst the garbage on the counter...a crack pipe!
The fresh water tank had been dropped and was laying on the ground and the awning was obviously left down during one of our wind storms tearing it. when we tried to pull it down we realized it had been rolled up in the wrong direction. The spring is probably sprung. I took the hook, and popped it into position to manually drop the awning. As the 2 of us grabbed both awning bars to pull when one of the bar with metal bolts came out of the trailer itself.
I hadn't seen it before she sold it to Doug and Jen, but she said it was a cute little trailer. Now a mess! Sandy said she wouldn't put any money into it, but she is going to have to some into it if she and Bill want to use it as a camping trailer. I only hope the a/c still works we didn't try it.
Most likely it is gummed up with Crack residue.

Wow, that is awful! You should have taken pics for us! I can't believe they would buy it and then destroy it like that...damn crack heads.
Aren't people revolting, no respect at all, and it will cost to get that mess cleaned up. AOL has been ok for me today although a little slow but at least my alerts etc are working. Like your tags your getting there,Chrissie has been helping with some tubes about 300 to date but all good I'll share over the next few days.
Take care

oh, yuck! I was going to say it sounded like a couple of druggees living in there. That's a shame. I can hardly imagine that they will ever get that trailer in order again. HUGS Chris
What a mess! When people start to collapse, everything around them collapses.
What a mess! By the way, slick as snail snot?! LOL!
Hope things work out ok. Martha
Tell them to be careful!!! The residue can affect your bodies chemistry and has made many people sick thru contact!!! Yikes! Glad your son is okay... lol about the banging!

How awful the trailer has been trashed like that. Geesh, I just don't get how anyone can live like that, of course I guess they are not in their right mind if they are junkies. Sad.

That's a shame destroying that property. These people should be hunted down and made to pay the damages, regardless of whether they are youngster's or not. It Is morally wrong In every sense of the word. Love Pam xx
