Sunshine and Palms

Today was just the most beautiful day.  A  10 plus on the Sunny scale, slight breeze.  A day where you had to smile.  Several Snow Birds remarked how they awoke  this morning with no aches or pains.  And after giving a quick thought, me neither.    I showered, decided to put on my bathing suit, gathered my clothes for the laundry.  While my clothes were in the washers I took a swim with the old Noodle Queens".

Noodle Queens are what I call the 'ol Snow Bird ladies that have those colored foam noodles, form a circle in the middle of the pool and gossip.  They watch who comes and goes in the RV Park and always, always add commentary.
He did this....She did that.
Oh did you hear....Well, it must be true.

I got cussed out because I was 5 minutes late getting to the washers to get my clothes out by someone, and I'm sure it's someone I know.  Oh the drama!  No worries, I went to Happy Hour in the Recreation Hall   Some of my favorite 'ol Snow birds were there.  There's a few good ones.  Now I have to be a bit careful.  I was chatting with a couple and out came the words that I have a blog.  Opps!   They wanted to know what I write about.  Darn if I know, I just write, people read.  History.

I was thinking about my History entries and wondering if people really care.  I find American and World History fascinating.  Then I thought that by journaling we aren't we each writing our own history.  I don't care to revisit my childhood.  I am at a happy place in my life now...despite the occasional bumps. Or am I just happy because it's happy hour?

It's the sunshine.
